We want you to be completely satisfied with your mixing and mastering experience at Qohl Studios. Here's how our refund policy works:

Before You Upload Your Stems

Changed your mind? No problem. If you need to cancel before uploading your audio files, contact us and we'll issue a full refund.

After You Upload Your Stems

Once you've uploaded your stems and we've begun reviewing your project, you can still cancel and receive a 75% refund. Just reach out to us before we deliver your final files.

After Final Delivery

Once your final mixed or mastered tracks have been delivered, refunds are no longer available. However, we include revisions with every project to ensure you love the final result.

Important Timeline

Please upload your stems within 28 days of purchase. If we don't receive your files or hear from you within 28 days, your order will expire, and no refund will be available.
