1. Services Provided

Qohl Studios provides professional audio mixing and mastering services for musicians and artists worldwide. Our services include:

  • Professional mixing of audio tracks
  • Professional mastering of audio tracks
  • Revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product
  • Delivery of high-quality audio files in your preferred format

2. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact and payment information
  • We accept payment methods available through our Shopify checkout
  • International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider

3. File Upload Requirements

  • After purchasing a service, you must upload your audio stems/files within 28 days
  • Accepted file formats: WAV, AIFF, or other lossless formats (please contact us if you have questions about file formats)
  • Files should be high-quality, uncompressed audio
  • You are responsible for ensuring your files are properly labeled and organized
  • If stems are not uploaded within 28 days and you have not contacted us, your order will expire with no refund

4. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated turnaround times vary by package and current workload
  • We will communicate expected delivery dates after receiving your files
  • Turnaround time begins once we receive all necessary files and project information
  • We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but delays may occur due to technical issues, file problems, or circumstances beyond our control

5. Revisions

  • Revisions are included with every project to ensure your satisfaction
  • Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving your final files
  • A revision includes adjustments to the existing mix or master based on your feedback
  • Significant changes to the project scope or additional work may be subject to additional fees
  • Please provide clear, specific feedback to help us deliver the results you want

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • Full refund available if you cancel before uploading stems
  • 75% refund available after stems are uploaded but before final delivery
  • No refunds after final files are delivered
  • No refunds if stems are not uploaded within 28 days and no cancellation is communicated

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • You retain full ownership and copyright of your music and recordings
  • By uploading files to us, you grant Qohl Studios permission to access, process, and work on your audio files solely for the purpose of providing our services
  • You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content you provide, or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses
  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, on our website, or in promotional materials unless you specifically request otherwise
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to all content you submit

8. Confidentiality

  • We treat your projects with confidentiality and will not share your unreleased music without your permission
  • We will not sell, distribute, or share your audio files with third parties
  • Your project information and files are stored securely

9. Delivery of Final Files

  • Final files will be delivered digitally via download link or file transfer service
  • You are responsible for downloading and backing up your final files
  • Download links will expire 30 days after delivery
  • We are not responsible for lost files after delivery

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Qohl Studios provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding specific outcomes
  • We are not liable for any technical issues, file corruption, data loss, or other problems beyond our reasonable control
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information and clear instructions
  • Upload high-quality source files
  • Respond to our communications in a timely manner
  • Maintain backups of all your original files
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to:

  • Process content you don't have legal rights to
  • Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Engage in any illegal or harmful activities

13. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify our services, pricing, or policies at any time
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

  • You can opt out of marketing emails but will still receive essential order-related communications

15. International Customers

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) - your bank or payment provider will handle currency conversion
  • You are responsible for complying with any import/export laws or regulations in your country
  • Digital services are delivered electronically and are not subject to customs or duties
